We are a united and recognized body dedicated to safeguarding the rights, promoting the welfare, and advancing the interests of the Other Backward Classes (OBC) employees of the Life Insurance Corporation of India across the vibrant states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
Our Association stands as a strong and collective voice, striving to ensure fair representation, equitable opportunities, and the rightful implementation of reservation policies in recruitment, promotions, and professional development within LIC. Through persistent advocacy, constructive dialogue, and proactive engagement with the LIC Management at Zonal and Central levels, we work to address the concerns and aspirations of our members.
